Or at least that’s how it feels most of the time. I have two main passions in life; photography and travel. I love exploring this beautiful planet. Capturing the amazing things I see through my lens is always exciting. I feel like the luckiest man in the world because I have been able to combine my two main passions into a career. My third passion is cooking, but I haven’t quite found a way to sneak that into my role as destination wedding photographer just yet!

From my base in London, I have travelled to and with clients to photograph their special days. Living in London means I can get pretty much anywhere in the world.  Such a great benefit of living in this city. I have travelled all over the UK and further afield to photograph weddings. My work as a destination wedding photographer has taken me to India, Poland, Armenia, Italy, Israel, Spain and Portugal. Where I was able to capture a beautiful weddings and engagment sessions. There is something especially exciting about photographing a destination wedding. For one thing, you have a much better chance of good weather if the wedding is out of the UK.

Relaxed Destination Wedding Photography

My job is always exciting. No two destinations are the same. While some people choose to get married abroad for the guaranteed good weather, for others it could be more to do with the landscape, culture or visiting family. Whatever the reason you chose your destination, it’s my job to unlock the beauty of your venue. I will capture the atmosphere of your celebrations. As well as the tranquility of the location and the emotions of the day. I specialise in reportage style photography, this means I capture the day as it happens. I take photos of guests laughing, of old friends catching up, of stolen moments between the bride and groom.

As I’m sure you can imagine, for destination weddings I offer bespoke job quotes for each wedding individually. The price will depend on travel time, travel cost and how long you’d like me out there for. For UK weddings, I usually just do the one day coverage. But for weddings abroad its usually 3 or 4 days or longer longer. Many couples choose to spread out the celebrations a few days before and after the weekend. If you’re having a welcome barbecue the night before you’d like me to photograph, just let me know and we can discuss the different options within your budget.
