Warren Weir Luton Hoo is a truly enchanting venue set within impressive 1065-acre grounds. Luton Hoo offers stylish grandeur in a fairytale setting. Yet, despite the imposing splendor, Luton Hoo prides itself on providing a relaxed atmosphere so guests can relax even on the most important day of their lives.
The grounds stretch over 1000 acres and include carefully nurtured lakes, rivers, meadows and woodland to encourage local wildlife and biodiversity to thrive. As you can see from the photos, Luton Hoo is a genuinely exquisite venue filled with opulent touches and luxury. I was looking forward to shooting Christiana and Stuart’s big day in this wonderful setting, and I can safely say the day did not disappoint.
I love photographing not just the big picture moments but also the reactions to those moments. For example, the smiles on the faces of the guests as the couple say I do or the raucous laughter during the best man’s speech.

Wedding Photos of Christiana and Stuart at Luton Hoo Hall in Hertfordshire
At Christiana and Stuart’s wedding, I captured the reactions to Christiana’s dress; the photos are so lovely. There’s a gorgeous shot of her bridesmaids reacting the moment they saw Christiana’s finished outfit for the first time. And another of her parents at the door, smiling widely as they see the bride for the first time.
Luton Hoo Countryside Settings
Luton Hoo provided lots of beautiful backdrops for wedding photos. I love the shot of the newlyweds sitting in front of the french doors, sunlight streaming into the room, as they laugh together on their wedding day.
The countryside setting is ideal for wedding photography, so I snapped some images while the happy couple shared a walk about the grounds. There’s a lovely image of them walking down the driveway, with vibrant trees on either side, as they take a romantic stroll around the lake.
The wedding breakfast room was decorated beautifully, with plenty of pale pink and cream flowers and gorgeous foliage filling the space. It made the perfect setting for a fun celebration with friends and family.
I love taking photographs that capture the essence of the couple getting married. With Christiana and Stuart, I think the shot of them cutting the cake is one of my favourites. Stuart is smiling as he cuts into the cake, and Christiana is laughing, and this image captures the fun and friendship between this couple. It’s always an honour to take photographs capturing the day’s emotions.
