I am Adam, an Oxfordshire Wedding Photographer and Videographer. Welcome to my Trinity College wedding photography page, please feel free to watch the videos and photos of Annabelle and Charlie taken at this stunning wedding venue in Oxford. I have shot several weddings at this prestigious location. This quintessentially English venue is a beautiful place to host a wedding. Not everybody can get married at Trinity College Oxford, which makes it extra special for the couples who do.

Henry VIII founded Trinity College Oxford in 1546. The distinguished building nestles amongst 36 acres of perfectly manicured gardens. As you can see from the pictures, we were able to take some beautiful shots incorporating the breath-taking greenery on offer at Trinity College Oxford. The gardens are something else, filled with unusual and vibrant greenery, ornamental bridges and awe-inspiring scenes.

Trinity College Chapel Wedding Photography

Trinity College Chapel dates back to the 16th century and is an iconic location to exchange vows. The chapel is simply divine, with polished marble monochrome floors and warm varnished woodwork as far as the eye can see. It is a truly remarkable venue and looks fantastic on camera. One of my favourite shots from the chapel shows the bride prepared to walk down the aisle. As the wedding photographer, I am privy to many private moments throughout the day, which is a privilege. The image is of Annabelle and a bridesmaid. The duo is lit up by sunlight and framed by the vast, towering doorway to Trinity College Chapel. I love the shot and hope it will always remind Annabelle of her feelings in those moments before she walked through those doors. Another great picture from the ceremony shows the moment Annabelle entered the room. She is in the foreground of the image, out of focus, facing away from the camera. In the distance, centre-shot, we can see Charlie’s face as he sees his beautiful bride for the first time. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a bigger smile, and I was pleased to capture this loving look with my camera.

Trinity College Oxford Wedding Photography

The gardens at Trinity College Oxford are genuinely exceptional. The weather was glorious on Annabelle and Charlie’s big day, and the sun shone brightly as I photographed the newlyweds. I took the couple for a walk around the gorgeous grounds of the college, snapping pictures as we went. This is always a special bit for me because I get to capture the newlyweds away from the celebrations, as they enjoy some quiet time just the two of them. Confetti throwing isn’t allowed at the chapel, so the guests waited until the happy couple descended their private punt before showering them in a rainbow of confetti.

Documentary Photography at Trinity College Oxford

As a documentary photographer, I pride myself on my storytelling skills. Therefore, I will not create a disjointed wedding album of random pictures. Instead, I will craft an album that tells the story of your special day from start to finish. I will capture the seemingly insignificant moments that you will one day look back on fondly. The happy tears in your mum’s eyes as she watches you say I do. The joy on your faces as you leave the chapel as newlyweds. The excitement and happiness on the dancefloor long after the sun has set. I love the dancefloor shots from Annabelle and Charlie’s day. The golden fairy lights give the images a warm glow. The guests were all having fun and letting off steam, and I’m glad I captured the party atmosphere with my camera. It was such a fun wedding, and I’m always pleased to put my documentary skills to good use and capture the fun. There’s a beautiful photo of the newlyweds holding hands outside at night, with huge smiles plastered on each of their faces, surrounded by the warm glow of sparklers held by their guests. It captures that a wedding isn’t just about the happy couple; it’s also about their friends and family coming together to support them as they take this next step in life. This was such a wonderful wedding with so much love to go around. From elderly relates to childhood friends, everybody had gathered together to celebrate the wedding with this loving couple.
