How to rebook your wedding photography date

I am pretty sure none of us planned to have to deal with a global pandemic while planning your weddings. My heart goes out to every one of you. You always mean so much to me, and even more so now, as I know that a lot of you are facing difficult decisions.
A few of you have already taken the steps to postpone and reschedule your wedding plans, and I’m doing everything I can to ensure that we all come through this together.

As a wedding photographer, the majority of my income comes from wedding season, (typically May – September), so I’m sure that you can understand that I’m working hard to make sure that my decisions throughout this time both protect and help my couples, but also make sure that my business (and me!) stays afloat while we deal with the impacts of this virus.

Please be sure that I’m here to help you to reschedule your wedding photography/videography. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.

If you’d like to move your coverage:

  • Please chose a date(s) up to May 31 2021 or any Monday to Thursday from 1st June 2021 to 31st May 2022
  • Please email me at hello@adamsweddingphotography.com to check if I am available for our chosen date(s).
  • Please pay the balance:
    • Pay the full balance if possible on your original due date
    • Opt to pay 50% balance now and 50% 12 weeks before the new date
  • There is no additional fee to pay

If your only options are already booked, please email as soon as you can. I have other plans in place to make sure you still get outstanding wedding photos!
